| David Newman – Chief Executive Officer |
| David Newman purchased his first 5 Unit apartment building in the famous Pacific Heights region of San Francisco at the age of 18, and subsequently closed almost $100 Million Dollars worth of Real Estate transactions by the age of 29.
Mr. Newman is a licensed Real Estate Broker by the California Department of Real Estate, holds various professional certifications including the prestigious SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist), and has over 28 years of Real Estate market experience in addition to several years as an Asset Manager for Offshore Trusts.
He co-founded 5 different Real Estate Investment, Development and Asset Management firms including, PrimoSegundo, Newman Properties, Weinberg & Associates, Strehl Financial Group and Maxim Land Company closing transactions in excess of $170 Million. Mr. Newman also has extensive experience in angel and early stage financing of start-up companies and has successfully orchestrated the sale of eleven private companies.
Mr. Newman’s personal mission is to educate Real Estate Professionals about how they can help the general public prosper and retire wealthy and in comfort by investing their IRAs in profitable Real Estate. |
| Ken Go – Chief Operating Officer |
| Mr. Ken Go has spent over 20 years in the Real Estate sector during which he held key management positions at three Fortune 500 companies and co-founded four separate real estate-related companies.
He managed one of the largest California lending branches for Associates Financial and served as a District Manager for Ford Consumer Finance in their Wholesale Mortgage Lending Division.
As Vice President within the Risk Asset Review Division of Wells Fargo Bank, Mr. Go and his team supervised assets in excess of $250 Billion.
Mr. Go co-founded four separate real estate-related companies dealing in mortgage banking, real estate brokerage, mortgage brokerage and mortgage underwriting and also two retail businesses, with experience in transactions totaling over $500 Million.
Mr. Go also has over 10 years experience serving on the Board of Directors for three non-profit organizations. |
| Terrance Enfield – Chief Financial Officer |
| Terry Enfield has over 35 years of experience in private accounting, public accounting and as a college accounting and tax professor. He specializes in all areas of accounting, tax, international tax, real estate, business operations, financial metrics, financial planning, and retirement planning.
Terry’s accounting and tax expertise is constantly in high demand. He’s well sought after by major corporations and has personally designed and taught many different courses for middle and upper management for corporations such as, Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, and AT&T. Terry also developed a program for Golden Gate University that prepared accountants to pass the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) examination and certification.
Terry received his B.A. in economics in 1971 and MBA in 1972 from Golden Gate University, and received his CPA designation in 1975. He worked three years at an international CPA firm, was a full time accounting and tax professor at Golden Gate University for five years, served as a partner for Weinstein and Company for several years and currently is the Founder and President of a successful accounting and consulting firm, Enfield Accounting Associates, Inc. based in San Francisco. |

| Mr. Berner was named Northern California Super Lawyer for 2005 & 2006 in the area of Tax and has built up an enviable reputation since he began his Private Practice in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1975. He also enjoys a Martindale Hubbell rating of AV (a highest level of excellence rating awarded by peer attorneys).
Mr. Berner specializes in the areas of Civil & Criminal Tax dispute and litigation, general tax controversy (individual, LLC, partnership and corporate issues, including both liability and collection issues, voluntary disclosure issues, real estate taxation); general business structuring, formation and transactions (LLCs, corporations, partnerships, sale and purchase of businesses, shareholder agreements, LLC Operating Agreements, tax structuring, etc.); trust and estate planning and problems.
Mr. Berner received his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Hastings College of the Law, San Francisco in 1971, served four years as a Trial Attorney, for the IRS in New York., completed his LL.M. (Masters in Taxation) from New York University and started his Private Practice in 1975.

| David Chamberlin graduated from University of Wisconsin with an MBA over 25 years ago. Shortly thereafter he started working for Goldman Sachs where he eventually became one of their top private money managers.
After 22 years at Goldman Sachs he started his own Hedge Fund and Private Money Management Business. He currently manages approximately $500 million for various Goldman Sachs clientele. |

| Mike Engmann, MBA, graduated from Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley, in 1971. Several years later he co-founded Sage Clearing, a major clearinghouse for Western States¹ Stock Brokers.
In 1997, Mike and his brother sold Sage Clearing, and subsequently started another company, Preferred Trade ( www.preferredtrade.com ), an Online Brokerage for Floor Traders. |

Currently retired at his wine country estate in Sonoma California. Former professional race car driver, Vietnam veteran, avid pilot and rare WWII airplane collector. |
